Sai Swasthya Wellness Centres are transforming healthcare access for rural communities across India.
Offered entirely free of charge, the centres provide timely medical consultations, diagnostics, and dispensary services—often in places where healthcare is hard to reach.
With operations across multiple states, Sai Swasthya also conducts large-scale door-to-door health screenings, helping identify issues early and connect people with the care they need.
This approach goes beyond medicine. It brings dignity, awareness, and socio-economic upliftment to underserved communities.
Run under the Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission, Sai Swasthya reflects the spirit of One World One Family—building a future where everyone receives care as they would in their own home.

Making Rural Healthcare Accessible
Sai Swasthya Wellness Centres, a flagship health initiative under the Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission, has been transforming the lives of rural Indians through its comprehensive healthcare services. With a presence in 9 states and 26 centres across India, Sai Swasthya has provided 74,000 rural patients with much-needed free medical consultations, ensuring they receive timely and quality care.
Moreover, the initiative has conducted an impressive 2 lakh rural door-to-door health screenings, bridging the gap in healthcare access and affordability. By doing so, Sai Swasthya has significantly improved the Indian rural scenario, empowering individuals and communities to lead healthier lives.
The initiative's impact extends beyond healthcare, as it has induced socio-economic upliftment and improved the overall quality of life for rural underprivileged communities. Sai Swasthya's efforts have been made possible through collaborations with like-minded individuals and institutions, who share their valuable expertise and resources to drive positive change.
As part of the Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission, Sai Swasthya Wellness Centres embody the mission's motto, "One World One Family," by providing selfless service and promoting equitable healthcare for all.
Guided by the ancient Indian principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (“One World, One Family”), the Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission nurtures a world where nations, societies, and individuals support one another as they would their own family, transcending borders to create a compassionate global community.
Our Inspiration
Sri Sathya Sai Baba
Sri Sathya Sai Baba was a revered spiritual leader and philanthropist, known for his teachings on universal love, service, and the unity of all religions. His philosophy emphasised the principles of love, peace, truth, right conduct, and non-violence, encapsulated in the phrase “Love All, Serve All.”
He established numerous educational institutions, hospitals, and social welfare projects, providing free education, healthcare, and drinking water to millions. Driven by the belief that service to humanity is service to God, we have been striving to engage in selfless service to uplift the needy. The Sai Swasthya initiative continues this legacy by delivering free, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare services to those in need.
